Adele holds a Master’s Degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy in London. Before this, she worked as a sports massage therapist, treating participants at events like the London Marathon, swim marathons, triathlons, and local running events. She also led a sports massage team at a fitness centre, providing treatments to gym members.
Adele is passionate about helping patients recover and return to the activities they love, whether it’s exercising, gardening, working, or spending time with family. In addition to Structural Osteopathy, she’s qualified in Dry Needling and Western Acupuncture.
She collaborates with patients to create personalised recovery plans, including treatment, advice, and exercises that fit into everyday routines. Adele is also supportive of patients who may need further investigations with other healthcare professionals.
Outside of work, Adele enjoys running, strength conditioning, and leisurely bike rides. She has participated in events like the London and Brighton Marathons, London to Brighton cycling, and The Three Peaks Challenge.
