Very friendly. Guided us through some exercises, and was very compassionate, with our daughter who has autism. Worked us with some tips, and going to be recommending this place for a lot of people.
Only downside, is that the office, is up some stairs, which is difficult if youve got leg problems.

I have seen Jacqs for 5 sessions for lower back pain. She listens and makes you feel at ease. My lower back has been sore for a while and after the 4 th treatment was much improved I really think this course has helped me to improve my posture and flexibility and I certainly have less back pain than previously.

I have lived with chronic neck pain for 15–20 years, sitting somewhere between a 7 and a 10 on my personal scale. Over that time I've tried everything — two other highly recommended osteopaths, a chiropractor, an excellent acupuncturist, massage, yoga, you name it. Every few years something drives me to try again. This time a good friend suggested cranial osteopathy, which I'd never heard of, and Jacqueline Ball was recommended to me by another clinic closer to home that no longer had a cranial osteopath.
Jacq is 30 to 60 minutes away depending on traffic, and she is worth every mile. I'm having a combination of structural and cranial osteopathy, and in just two sessions my pain has dropped from a 9 to a 3. From where I'm sitting, that's a miracle.
But it's more than the numbers. I'm a very practical person, and I don't have an easy way to explain what happens in her hands — there's a real skill and sensitivity there that I haven't found anywhere else. Just as valuable is the way she explains how the body works and how healing happens. It stays with me between sessions and has genuinely changed how I treat myself day to day - a change that feels different - permanent. Things shift, physically and emotionally.
If you are open to this type of therapy and you need help, I don't know if there's anyone you'll find who is better. I can't recommend Jacq highly enough.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Jackie enough! I’ve been taking my 4-month-old daughter Arabella to see Jackie for the past few months, and from the very first appointment I knew we were in amazing hands.
Jackie is incredibly calm, friendly, gentle and reassuring, and she has such a wonderful way with babies. Every time she treats Arabella, she instantly makes her feel comfortable and settled. It’s amazing to see how relaxed Arabella is with her, and as a mum that gives me so much confidence and reassurance.
Jackie is clearly extremely knowledgeable and has so many amazing skills, but what really stands out is how caring and attentive she is. She takes the time to listen, explain everything and make sure both Arabella and I are comfortable throughout.
I’m so grateful we found Jackie and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any parent. She is absolutely brilliant at what she does!

The team at Bexley Osteopathic clinic were absolutely amazing. I was seen on the 27th July. When they saw the size difference between my left calf and right calf they thought I might have a blood clot. They wrote a letter for me to take to the hospital.Due to the letter I was put to the front of the queue. I am now on blood thinners and waiting for a scan. This all thanks the the wonderful staff at the clinic. They probably saved my life.
