Susie Kimble

Susie graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Graphic Information Design from the University of Westminster and spent over 20 years at a leading international design agency, holding senior roles including Photography Manager, Communications Manager, and Head of Marketing. Prior to her design career, she worked in customer services for seven years, giving her a strong foundation in patient care.

At the clinic, Susie combines her skills in design and communication with a warm, welcoming approach. She plays a key role in enhancing the patient experience, overseeing marketing materials, the clinic’s visual identity, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception. Her creative input was instrumental in the clinic’s recent refurbishment and website redesign.

Friendly and approachable, Susie enjoys greeting patients with a smile and conversation. Outside of work, she’s a proud mum to two teenage boys, a vintage furniture enthusiast, and a regular at the gym and local charity shops.
