Patrick qualified in osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) in 2008 and has been part of the clinic team since 2009. His journey into osteopathy began after repeatedly “breaking himself” on the rugby field, sparking a passion for helping others recover from injury and move more freely. A dedicated structural osteopath, Patrick has a particular interest in treating injuries related to occupational strain and sports, combining traditional osteopathic techniques with sports massage to support tailored recovery.
With a background in rugby and triathlon, Patrick remains highly active and now focuses on trail running, canicross, cycling, and open water swimming. He regularly undertakes postgraduate training to stay current and continually improve his practice.
At home, Patrick is kept busy by his two young sons—Elliot and William, affectionately referred to as “little terrorists”—and their energetic dog, Kiki, who often joins him on the trails. His empathy, energy, and real-world experience shape his practical, patient-centred care.
