A graduate of the London School of Osteopathy, Jacqs has completed postgraduate training at the Rollin E. Becker Institute and is a member of the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy. She has a special interest in paediatric osteopathy, treating babies and children with gentle, effective techniques that support comfort, development, and wellbeing. Jacqs also works at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London.
Through her traditional and cranial work, Jacqs treats adults and supports women through pre-conception, pregnancy, and post-natal recovery. She is a fully qualified Mummy MOT practitioner, providing detailed postnatal assessments and tailored rehabilitation plans to help women rebuild strength and confidence after birth. Drawing on her background in rehabilitation, Pilates and massage, she also offers Assisted Mobility & Stretch sessions designed to improve flexibility, stability and overall movement.
Being neurodiverse herself, Jacqs regularly supports her own nervous system with cranial osteopathy and brings this understanding into treating other neurodiverse people. She particularly enjoys working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, experience stress, or live with long-term health challenges, creating a calm, supportive environment tailored to their needs.
Previously trained in adult nursing, and experienced in massage and dry needling, Jacqs takes a compassionate, holistic approach to helping patients.
