Florian graduated with a Master’s degree from the London School of Osteopathy and uses predominantly traditional osteopathic techniques to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, from everyday aches and pains to sports injuries. His interest in movement and rehabilitation began when he started competing in triathlons, which gave him a deep understanding of how the body works and how to recover from and prevent injury.
Florian takes pride in creating personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient’s lifestyle, goals, and physical needs. His experience includes helping people recover from sports injuries, manage occupational strain, and maintain mobility and quality of life as they age. He is currently undertaking postgraduate training in Clinical Pilates to further support his patients through movement-based rehabilitation.
When he’s not treating patients, Florian enjoys hiking in nature, leading runs for his local run club, or tending to his (mostly) thriving collection of houseplants.
